Double Net Pay
Double Net Pay is a mission-driven financial services company. Their goal is to help consumers fund their financial goals automatically. By getting obligations out of the way on payday, people know what’s left to spend.
The wireframes above were developed in a matter of hours. Double Net Pay was interested in making a rapid update to its user experience. The ask was to maintain the current look and feel while streamlining the major workflows. They sought my input for heuristic review and concept exploration.
Prior to creating wireframes, we document key terminology, functional relationships, product capabilities, and open questions.
An example of what we started with. The layout, typography, and interaction patterns were inconsistent. In addition, pages often lacked wayfinding cues and error recovery paths.
